1:1.1 Power to torque ratio - difficult to keep the front wheel down

    Hmmmm.

I am not sure about this one.
Hold onto your money until there is real progress.

This little video shows what appears to be some form of mechanical prototype being turned over with compressed air at relatively low speed and dripping fluids out all over the place. Not an encouraging video in my opinion.

Maybe its running on snake oil.

    A little more insight here.

    I still remain very sceptical.

If anyone has more info on this, I would like to see it.

    Peter.

I watched that one also - it does have some ignition events that are visible.

I wonder if the compressed air is to initiate rotation in the compressor stage

Probably huh? Kinda like starting jet turbine engines.

I think the compressed air was probably doing all the work.
The flames are there just to catch the sucker investors.

I am not convinced at this point.

If they had something that would run on its own at 10k rpm then maybe it would be a bit more convincing.
Surely in the time since the original prototype running video was created, they would have made a bit more progress if the concept is viable.

Always suspect of new engine 'breakthroughs' - take a look at the Alfadan engine and what they pulled.

Yep, lots of failures and dreams. Interesting idea, but I wonder about those gears at 22000 rpm. I didn't see any calls for investors so that is one less red flag.
