    Hi guys kind of related, I was looking at pulling my carby down and replacing all the oil seals with ones from Litetek.

    Is there better main jets/pilot jets etc I should get while I am doing the rebuild? To make it run better?

    I have a good relationship with my local Suzuki/Honda dealer. I even asked a question about fzr and the guys in there are Awesome and answered a couple of questions.

    I might be able to get prices from them for those parts of anyone is interested.

    the litetek seals are a great rebuild choice

    the best main & pilot jets are the correct jets, current consensus if that it's the needle and emulsion tube which wear causing poor running.
    The needles and emulsion tubes are only available as part of the kits.

    I've just purchased the full carby kit(s) from here, yet to fit them though

    remember the inner and outer carbs require different kits for mains and needles so you need two of both, kits differ between 3LN1 and 3LN3/5 so choose those correctly also

    One quick question, do those kits you sent the link for will be enough for everything or wil I still need to purchase the one from litetek?

    I would get the litetek kits and use those because of the quality and use of viton rubber

    Also some of us encountered different sized float needle seat housing recesses which required different thickness orings to seat home securely, Monsieur @maelstrom is all across that and includes different ones so you're covered

    Yea the Litetek kits are the best starting point ..... viton is king

    Unfortunately the only source for replacement needles and needle jets/emulsion tubes is the keyster kits

    You can of course use the nice shiny new jets as well

    Check which carbs you actually have .... they changed slightly on later models (mainly due to the early design flaw with the needles/tubes) as they may have been replaced in the bikes life.

    Has there been any update in the several years since this was last discussed ?
    Are the Suzuki diaphragms still the way to go for 3LN carbs ?

    Thanks.

    One option for my twin carb problems is to try and build a pair of carbs out of the box of bits I have...But I'll certainly need diaphragms.

    If you're buying through a Suzuki agent, the number has been updated to 13507 - 32C02

    i assume the demand from FZR250 owners has prompted manufacture of another batch....

    I searched for 13507-32C02 (updated part number). These are for the Suzuki GSF250V/GSXR250 GJ73A which uses the same BDST carb, along with the GSF400 as per the listing.
