Hi guys, James here, on my first post!!!
Ok, so we started a racing team, but I couldn't convince cody to buy a 600 so I went down to the 250gp and got a 3ln FZR (94)
Now I've got a straight through exhaust on both of them, now I need some bigger jets. Problem is, I have no idea what the factory size of the 94 3ln and the 91 2kr were? Can anyone give me some info cause i'd like slightly bigger ones for both of us if possible.

Unless of course it wont make any difference and we are best staying with the factory ones, cheers guys.
    James.

Ive got a 1990 3ln and the main jets were 97.5 and 100. Ive also run the bike with 100 and 102.5 sizes.
My pilot jets were 10's, ive put 12.5's in but she ran way to rich when warming up.
Best thing to do pro would be to pull off your carbies and check the sizes individually. Just remove the float bowl covers and have a look at them. You will need to take the pilot out though.
Make sure when you get new ones you get a good selection of sizes, go for one size up on all the stock ones then get the one size up from them just to be sure. Proberly only go up one size on the pilot jet as it will just make the bike run very rich at idle, even if you put the idle screws only one turn out. Carbs are difficult to master, I tried tuning mine to run a set of 4 pod filters last winter and it became very frustrating. Be prepared to do alot of combinations and testing as these carbs appear to be ultra sensitive to even minor changes in the airflow.
I wish you luck man, Its a real good learning experience having a play around with them.
