Need some help getting my fzr going again!

seems logical. hope he doesent charge you too much for it.

 

If you need to clean them out then only do one at a time so you don't have too may parts to mix up.

 

so after a week i dropped into the mech to see how things were, said he was too busy to touch it for another 2 weeks.
i took the bike back and pulled the carbs off again, took off the bowls and the three jets, soaked them in carby cleaner then used an air compressor to clear the holes.

i chucked it all back together and got it to start, but it wont rev. it starts with about half throttle and will just idle as you twist the accel, let go of the revs and it dies.

its going as good as ever now. the jet needles where gummed and the sliders where sticking all fixed, starting a new thread soon on my street fighter build <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s -->
