sorry if this question has already been asked but i have a 3ln1 and every picture i find of the carbs looks nothing like mine just wondering if any one can steer me in the right direction cuz im gona give them the cleaning of their life tomoro and it would help heaps

(they dont have a big scoop or three adjusters like the ones in the pics. only to little holes with brass fittings inside)

There appears to be 3 different model carbs on 3LN
Part No's
3LN1 3LN-14900-00
3LN3-5 3LN-14900-10
3LN6-7 3LN-14900-20

Sorry can't help with pictures, but once you take the float bowls off just unscrew the jets but don't mix them up as sizes are different between the centre and outside carbs.. The rest is easy..

Just necessary airways to other parts of the carb, but they need to be clean. You find the other ends of them when you dismantle the carbs and spray contact cleaner thru them..

Me thinks if I weren't here to manage the site, it would be shut down or transferred to the exup brotherhood site http://www.exupworldwide.com/forum/index.php. Sometimes my answers are a bit brief 'coz I don't always have a lot of time to spare.

it's alright if your answers are brief cuz you answer questions from newbies (that could be found with the search button) with out flamming them. trust me this is very nice (not to mention patient) compared to almost all other forums.
