    Hi there,

    Currently have Bridgestone Battleaxe BT-39P 130/70-17 62H on the back 110/80-17 57H on the front. Was thinking of getting the Dunlop GPR alpha 10 (GPR70 replacement)

    Which would you go for Supersport or Hypersport? Whats the difference?
    Also what size? Dont seem to have a match for mine? I know buggar all about tyre sizes or what dimensions the numbers relate to.

    Thanks for your help
    Rob

    Standard size for 3LN models - front is 100/80 17 52H, rear is 130/70 17 62H.. You will get away with one size up. i.e. 110/80 140/70

    There is no difference between Supersport or Hypersport as their web page references the same specs. I guess it just fits both categories..

    As for brand choice, I am not a pro Dunlop person, but get a balanced opinion from other members..

    Here are a few tyre websites to help you choose.. <!-- s:-? --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_Eyecrazy.gif" alt=":-?" title="Eye Crazy" /><!-- s:-? -->

    You can get the exact sizes in Pirelli sport demons, 100/80-17,130/70-17. The 100 means the tyre is 100mm width, the 80 is the height of the sidewall as a percentage of the width and the 17 is the tyre diameter in inches.
