I got a muffler from a 99 R6 and fitted it to my 89 3LN, I then drilled the reverts out and took the tip off and cut about 130mm off the end because it’s way to long, then pulled all the guts out except for the fibre glass, cut the inlet pipe to length, hammered in the side so it would fit around the swingarm and now it sounds like a beast. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

Are you talking the header, or the muffler and mid-pipe?

Just the muffler only. The only thing is it looks a bit fat for the bike.

^ wow, is that a turbo i see? that's a cool configuration.... if its what i think it is =.=... but then it doesn't make sense that the compressor is so far away from the intake..
