new rta laws.... (fuk the rta)

    p1 driver/riders cought speeding loose there licence for 3 months.... 4 points

    display L/P plate and the L/P can not be hidden.... 2 points

    my p plate only shows the bottom of the p other wise it doesnt stay on and i cant ride without speeding theres no thrill in that

    looks like theyr gettin serious about it all.. glad i can get my full bike licence soon(ish).
