ok, so im checking to see if everything went ok with the fuel line cleanout, and the bikes sitting there idleing for a bit, then all of the suddon, coolent is everywhere! theres no leaks, the coolent is actually spitting back out of the resovuar.... its not over full. and the bike seems to warm up really quickly. Any ideas guys and girls!?
When you say spraying out, i'm assuming it's got a bit of pressure behind it which would suggest that it's being pushed by the water pump itself. What this means is there's likely to be a blockage somewhere in your system after (or in) the radiator which is then pressurising the entire thing and forcing the overflow to open - which is where it's then pumping ALL of the water. ... unless of course i misinterpreted what you said. I'd say it's time to pull apart that cooling system and figure out where the blockage is. Start by looking for kinked or collapsed hoses, and then move onto the radiator core itself.
cool, i think i'll rip it apart and have a nice close look at everything. its not a faulty cap, the coolent is coming out of the overflow hole. the coolent is heated when it comes out, as is the coolent pipe after the spraying... so, blockage??
A faulty cap will do that. Hey, it's probablly the same or cheaper than a couple of liters of coolant/antifreeze.
