Okay I finally got around to getting my rear stand so I can do some maintainence.

Today I cleaned / regreased the chain/sprocket and did the oil.

Now here's what I have to say:
How much oil do I put in? It said 2000CM^3 which is 2L, however, without too much guestimation precisely? I noticed a tube, is that the oil overflow tube? So basically I can't over fill it and blow my gaskets etc?

Where do I change the radiator fluid?

Now I want to clean the carbs / jets / air filter, what exactly do I have to do to get to them?

What do I do in terms of suspension oil etc?

Edit: Also what about brake fluid and brake pads?

Bike in question is a 3LN-3

I did but they aren't 3LN specific and I'm having a bit of trouble finding stuff.

Just not sure whether I need to remove the fuel tank itself?

for 3LN, the fuel tank has to come off, it sits right above the carb
