I need to do a few basic thing but I don't feel confident doing it myself. I ned to:
    - replace both pads
    - replace oil filter
    - replace spark plugs
    - replace air filter
    - replace chain
    - fix indicators(they don't blink just stay on)
    - Replace oil/coolant

I have all of the parts execpt the coolant. Is there any way to take the parts to a mech and they can do all the work? also where is a good mech that understands fzr's?

Hell, bring it by my place and I'll do it all for the everyday low price of "Let me take your bike for a spin" <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

    Is it a 3LN or a 2KR?

The only thing on that list i wouldn't easily be able to do would be replace the chain as i don't have the tool to do it properly (clip links don't count as properly!). Also, assuming your replacing the chain you'd also want to replace the sprockets. I'm not a mechanic but certainly do 99.9% of my servicing and mechanical work myself.

The other person you might want to contact is TBone, he's down in the SE 'burbs but will more often than not travel. PM me for contact details if you need them.

those bike shops on the nepean hwy are good (except for bikes 'n bits $$$$) - i had my fzr serviced at A1 motorcycles Brighton with no problems - although the staff have changed over recently and the guy i was dealing with has moved on so i can't guarantee it anymore.
Like Koma said most stuff you want to do is relatively simple and requires only a few tools - would be worthwhile to learn to do it yourself.
I'm not far away in Middle Park and could give you some help if you want.
