    Before I start removing that horrible white stuff that coats MC19 wheels, did Honda paint, or powder coat them ?

    I'm pretty sure they were painted.

    Mine are painted now if they weren't before.

    1937 Royal Enfield 250, CF Moto 250 V5, Honda's XL250, CBR250, FT500 plus a few others.
    Put a bit of paint stripper on a small patch and if it bubbles within a few minutes it is paint, if it doesn't do much then powdercoat.
