    Well done.
I see that you decided not to replicate the tricky bit of detail on the end.
A bit of sealant will be needed to keep it in place.
Did you replicate the tapered bell mouth?
What material did you end up printing in?

I use PLA filament but printed it using vase mode. Gives a thin flexible wall.
Plan is to use a sealant at final fitting stage.
Recreated the bellmouth and taper fit for airbox end.
Wait and see if works now.

PLA is bio-degradable. It will literally dissolve, but it is excellent for doing mock ups.

Haven't printed using TPU as of yet.
May give it a go...another thing to try.

    Good first try with TPU.
You need a few more attempts to get that one right.

Welcome aboard mate. I'm a newbie myself still learning a lot.
Can I ask where you got your aftermarket fairing from? And if it's turned up already, how is the fit?

    I got fairing from MFS.
Fit is reasonable you just have to work your way around it. A bit of shrinkage and about half the weight of OEM.
    Will post pictures shortly.

Waste of time new fairings don't have the duct on them.

Carbs cleaned and new LiteTek kit fitted.
    Airbox seals done.
    Started first go.
Shame the new fairing doesn't have the duct for the cold air to the airbox.
We will see if it affects performance.

    Thanks mate, much appreciated.

I didn't mention, my bike is an FZR250, was hoping wherever you got yours would have a set for mine, but MFS don't, just bits and peices.

Thanks for the info though :)
