Help VL250 Carbie compatability

Hi all just wondering if the carbies off a 2009 vl250 will fit a 2000 model can get at agreat price and are in good running condition

once again im after help as stated in my other posts i got the carbs (professionaly)rebuilt and can get them to idle but really have to work it to get up a few thousand revs then it dies if i try to rev normally it stalls and splutters i am sure i put all the hoses on right for the vacumn system to work but this one i dont remember seeing at all if i cover it the bike runs worse any help really appreciated and hopefully soon ill actually be able to help for once LOL
