Hi guys, not sure if this has been asked before but nothing has come up in my search.
Does anyone know if it is possible to get fork bushes for the 2KR forks anywhere? (Example pic is below) I pulled mine apart and the seem like they're in okay condition visually but as I am fully refurbishing the forks, I'd like to replace them if possible.

    Thanks in advance

So from what I can understand part 12 sits under the oil seal and part 10 is the one that sits on the inner tube. I have mine in pieces an this is what makes the most sense.

The one circled is the innner bush.

See it all laid out on a beautiful pair of my old shorts.

I am unable to find the part number for the last bush, that slips into that gap on the bottom of the fork stanchion.

I was wrong here, 4 is the plastic ring that sits on top of 3

That part diagram is a bugger because it shows the bush [metal slider] already on the chrome stanchion as well as one below and only 1 metal slider in the parts list

3D picture of what you've got labelled as part 10 in the photo would be helpful, if it's got teflon on the inside surface, that's the other slider

Which one is "metal slider 1" according to the part number is anybodies guess
