Hi, My thermostat is not closing, I am afraid. The temp needle is only moving at the traffic lights during city driving. Here, it says not available: http://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cbr250rr-mc22-1990-l-japan_model14665/partslist/E16.html#results Somebody tackled this before? I did read something about an Suzuki thermostat. Direct fit? Numbers?

Looks exactly like the FZR250 one, which can be replaced with a Tridon TT-239-180. It doesn't exactly fit the FZR housing, but just had to squeeze the underside cage in the vise a bit and voila, it fits.
Yep, the Tridon tt239-180 fits the MC22 $22 AUD delivered in Australia http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-RADI...373424?hash=item2820d2bbf0:g:YXAAAOSwSv1XksuL
Just use the part number Linkin and Kiffsta gave you , go into your local part's shop and ask for one The same thermostat is also used on a lot of Suzuki and Subaru car's and more, so won't be a problem to find
Found a Gates 82°C thermostat: TH29682G1 https://www.gatesautocat.com/article/TH29682G1 Direct fit. Just need to order the gasket from Honda, but that one is easy available: 91311-KE8-000 http://www.partzilla.com/parts/detail/honda/HP-91311-KE8-000.html
Hi Kiffsta, Do you have any firsthand experience fitting this thermostat to the MC22? Was it an exact fit or did it require some modification? Thanks in advance!
