    Good work Kiffsta.
Is the commercial one rubber lined or is that just paint? The homemade jobby doesn't sound too noisy in the vid.

The commercial one is lined with polyurethane , I ran the home made one for about an hour and had a bad headache , I need to revisit the suspension system and quieten it down.

I have lined up some used cold room panels so I will be building some rooms to house the machines which should make it more bearable

My sparky came in today and wired me up , took him a bit longer as he wasn’t happy with the wiring from the factory and ended up replacing most of it , glad I have mates who place my safety higher than a quick buck

Anyway the machine operates , just need to work out how to to get the best out of it

Did you start with it looking like that or some sort of cleaning prep first?

Hey Blair , i vapour blasted it for 5 mins to get the crud off , then cone polished for 1.5 hours , then ceramic for 1.5 hours

I think I could have done it a bit longer with the cone media, it is all a learning process.
