    I was only being cheeky

    Reminds me of a joke

Grandson at his Grandpa's funeral is giving a speech, turn to an anecdote about the wisdom he imparted to him when he was younger and a newly wed

Grandpa said, take some sage advice from me, never go to bed angry

Grandpa slept on the lounge for the last 30 years of his life

I found fzr250 were typically cheaper than the CBR or ZXR (GSXR too rare), but they were not that tidy. I wouldn't pay $2k for a fzr that isn't running - I believe carbs are a bit of an issue on them. May @GreyImport can elaborate...

I usually don't like commenting on owner bikes as everyone to there own , but since you've asked what we can spot.
    Roadworthy defects
    * Look's like both fork's are leaking oil.
    * Has there been a flat steel brace fitted under the seat ? ( modified frame ).
    Other Non roadworthy defects
    * What's under the R/H side header pipe wrap , the header pipe has flat spot's.
    * The rear brake lever is set way to high for my liking.
    * With those huge tyres fitted that's a of rubber / weight , thought i'd spot some wheel weight's. I cant see any on the XV either.

Auctions could do anything, you'll have to wait to see what Tuesday brings.

    On another note, in Brisbane:

Not sure us Brisbane residents are welcome anywhere at the moment?
I know Chairman McGowan has closed the boarders again making it hard to get to work in the PRWA (Peoples Republic of Western Australia).

Some reasonably priced bikes there, not seeing the condition, but doesn't seem covid-taxed. It's a lot of race bikes, and some nice ones in there (the rare 400cc bikes, they seemed cheap).

You'll find someone that'll send you one, but the shipping.... Also I can only imagine that importing to the UK is as much fun as it is to the US. As fun as a barrel full of monkeys, armed with hammers.
