Hi everyone, wondering if you can help us out a little. My subframe has been partially butchered by the previous owners wanting to make it into a single seater, they cut off the rear seat "tab hoop", cut off the bit below in blue, and cut the whole rear part of the subframe off... I have now repaired all these bits but want a little clarity is possible on the highlighted parts before:

So the bit in orange is for the luggage bar, there are 2 per side, I'm guessing nothing else attaches here?

The part ringed in green I've no idea what that is for?

The bit underlined in blue I'm guessing was the attachment point for the LHS rear pillion pegs, which is fine as I won't be fitting them.

So I'm wondering is any of these lugs used for anything else, does anything electrical attach here, or a bit of the rear fairing etc? I'm still to buy any fairings so can't check it at the moment. So any help is appreciated!

The bit you have highlighted in Green is just part of the LHS rear pegs attachment point. The PO hasn't completely removed the entire bracket. It's a little different to the RHS as the exhaust muffler support bracket doubles as the rear pegs attachment point on that side.

Excellent, right I've got it now! I can continue the prep.

I've sandblasted all the metal components of the bike exceptthe engine, am now taking off any damage/nicks in the metal, as well as all the casting marks, weld splatter etc. So it will look damn near perfect when I'm done.
