I am very bloody unimpressed , when my wife leased her car , the leasing company sent her a care package which including an emergency jump pack, big box of car wash products etc

I bought a suzuki boulevarde last night so I thought I’d use it to see if the bike would start. After cranking for of 5 seconds, the lid of the jump pack popped off and the battery had swelled up and was insanely hot. I had never used it before , and will never use it again.

These things are absolute **** , steer clear of them. Cheap Chinese ****

Mmmm, another few second's and it would have gone pop and caught on fire

Let the company know and tell them your car could have caught on fire using it, some care package !!

Shoot that is dangerous... Li Iron batteries are extremely dangerous... there was a story recently in the news where a mother had her Jump pack on the front seat after starting her car and it caught fire... she was just able to get her 3 kids out of the car in time before it became a BBQ.

I bought mine from Amazon 2 years ago.. I keep it in the glovebox of the Jeep.. I have used it several times to jump start the Jeep from absolute dead... and so far it has been good. I might go and check it now though...lol

The only ones worth a damn are the ones with lead acid batteries in them that require charging... they won't blow up on you either...

Even the little ones like above need charging.. its just they hold their charge much longer. There are some really good ones out there but you do get what you pay for...

They should supply a first aid kit with that jump start, just in case...
