Hey guys. I have 3 different mufflers that work on most 250cc. They are direct bolt-on for the CBR250 MC22 (1990 to 1999), but there is an adaptor that, if welded on your bike's extractors, will allow any MC22 mufflers to be used on your bike.

The mufflers come with a set of new bolts, the brace and a gasket. The carbon fibre ones come with a Yoshi sticker if you want (not installed on the muffler so it's up to you where you want to apply the sticker. And please keep in mind these are NOT Yoshimura mufflers).

The measure and price for forum members are (all prices include GST):

    - Carbon fibre, standard. 100mm diameter, 420mm long. $120 pickup, or $130 posted
    - Carbon fibre, shortie, 100mm diameter, 300mm long. $130 pickup, or $140 posted
    - Aluminium, standard, 100mm diameter, 420mm long. $75 pickup, or $82 posted

Pickup in Wattle Grove, NSW is recommended.

    Steel 420:
Internally, the 420mm stainless steel version is identical to the 420mm carbon fibre piece and sounds the same. The differences are the outer shell only, where the carbon fibre version is aroub 1.1kg lighter.

Everything is being posted by Australia Post now. Had too many issues with Fastway and Couriers Please.

Are they a bolt on for the ZXR250 at all? Or they need the adapter?

I understood that they bolt on, but you need to modify the extractor. If I got it right, the end of the extractor that goes inside the pipe is too wide and needs to be trimmed. I haven't done it myself, that's why I'm not so sure.

If I can get an OEM zxr pipe, I might be able to get them made. Anyone in Sydney would have one I can borrow for a few months?
