During the weekends ride into NSW, @GreyImport and I were talking about wheels, he was quite concerned some of us don't clean our wheels, so after a few more beers the decision was made to implement a dirty wheel club on the forum. Now, the first member to receive membership to this prestigious group is @Damus who's CBR is kept immaculate with the exception of his wheels. I am the 2nd member to join after disparaging comments were made about the condition of the wheels on my CBR400. For some, it will be a badge of pride, for others it will be a friendly reminder to clean those wheels Any members who need to be a member of this group, please PM me
After the weekend I may qualify ..... but I think the deciding factor lies with the front , no excuses there
I will not be joining this club as I'm a stickler for clean wheels especially white wheels....ive been know to clean mine up to several times in 1 day.
1....can of degreaser 2....rag 3....Hose off 4....after performing the above 3.....no longer a member of "dirty wheel club" Easy to join.....even easier to get out of
@Linkin .... Youre the founding member so u have automatic life membership ..... thats not a 250 anyway. New tyres on dirty rims
Sorry , i cannot join the elite Dirty Wheel Club. I'm one of those neat freak's that likes a clean bike . Iv'e also have been known to wash the bike on weekend trip's away .
