Hi all. Long time rider (about 35 years). Just added a 1987 CBX250F to the collection, and stumbled across this excellent forum. The resources are brilliant, especially as the CBX is one of the more obscure models around, so I was happy to step up to premium member level.

Not sure what I'll do with the CBX at the moment. It runs pretty well and just needs a couple of things for rego. Will figure out a plan as I go along. The pic below is the CBX at the home of its previous owner, taken when I first went to check it out.

    I've also got a BMW R100 RT and a Honda NX650 Dominator
Don't have a car - all two wheels (I use a treadly to get to work).

Thanks for having me and looking forward to chatting with you as we go along.
    Cheers,

:welcome:. The CBX 250's are a good looking bike. Have you painted it as the strips are M.I.A.
Yep , this is one great forum to hang around in. So much knowledge here also , and no one will give you a hard time either. As long as you dont chop the bike up you'll be safe here ;).

Welcome. Lovely little bikes. A few more pics would be nice too. We have a 'The Garage' section on the site for members to present/showcase their rides.

It was painted by a previous owner. It's like a pearl white, but has some discolouration.

Hi. Actually just bought a old bike magazine that has a CBX 250 road test in it. Curious to see what comments the test pilots say about it.
