    What do you think guys?

    1993 ZZr250 fully refreshed.

    ultrasonic cleaned carbs
    new oil/filter
    flushed and new coolant
front fairings repainted in kawasaki purple 2 pak (not pro but very good)
    great tyres
rebuilt front caliper with new seals/fluid
    very clean and genuine 45000km
runs beautifully, stops well and does everything it should
    ready for RWC

only con is a slightly noisy clutch basket at low rpm

the images are obviously just awaiting the screen to be fitted.

The zzr is a great bike, Kawasaki made heaps of them and they served many riders really well.

The problem is that Kawasaki replaced it with the ninja 250 then the ninja 300/400 so it is showing it age , it is not old enough to be a classic .

It is kind of like owning an AU falcon, all the young kids want the newer model , good examples with rego still sell between $1500 and $2000 , I’d say you are around the $1000 -$1200 mark maybe more if it is awesome nick , that’s my 2c

I would love to have one! Unfortunately, never made it to States and impossible to register. Especially in California.

my guess without seeing / riding it is about 1500 -1800 if in very good nick without rego etc .. that is if you want to sell it .. theres one in cairns with new everything with rego and hes chasing 5 grand with no neg , most probably be still sitting there next yr .. one day they will definitly be a collectors bike but not yet

    Thanks for the info chaps.
I listed it on Marketplace for $1550 knowing it'll get knocked down a bit.
