Testing camera and how I am going to go about making motorcycle videos. Seem's to be something wrong with sd card or recording at 1080p is too much for the Chinese camera, will need to fix. Sound too quiet, will need to record sound separately. Key obstruction view, will need to customise key and possibly ignition. Camera shaking, will need to stabilize. Apart from that, I am surprised how much I like the camera view its self on first attempt.
Been there done that. Ended up going with a chest harness for the go pro and an external mic clipped onto the subframe of the FZR. Not perfect but way better than the go pro internal mic.
Nice work! I made a video of my ride today too, i have a genuine Yamaha Full HD Action Cam and used a Big W $25 Navig8r chest harness I have the same issue with wind noise, need a remote mic too
I work with drones camera gimbals etc, somewhere I've got a single axis gimbal I made for a gopro to mount onto a tank mount I picked up off ebay, I'll have to fish the parts out and photograph them It can also be mounted behind the rider, pillion seat or tail fairing if suitable, but I don't have the doctor across my backside Basic principle is it keeps the horizon level like the tail mounted MotoGP gimbal cameras, the idea is to show the lean angle, which isn't likely as much as most think it is...
