I ordered the free Ride Smart CD rom from the Spokes website. Figured anything like this will help pick up a few extra tips etc but i am noticing one thing. Without sounding cocky or anything is most of the awareness while riding common sense? If your a good driver who is always aware of his/her surroundings (Bikes, cars, road conditions, signs, entering traffic etc) is your main concern the skill and experience of riding a bike?

In saying this i am not trying to say i am a perfect driver but i am more hoping i am not missing the whole point of what this CD is trying to teach me.

    Hey Benimino
Mate, you have nailed it. Common sense should always prevail in whatever you ride.
Sadly, common sense seems to be sadly lacking in most context today.
Riding a motorcycle can be most rewarding, however far more demanding than driving a car, for example.
Having not seen the CD its difficult to pass comment. My take on this is simple, be always aware of your surrounds and never assume anything. Take care out there.
