I've seen a post about someone making a pillion seat cover but has anyone tried a single seat (race/track) fairing from a zxr400 on a zxr250a?

I'd like to keep the angular lines rather than go the Tyga route. If the 400 rear fairing can't be easily made to fit them perhaps I'll look at a race seat unit from a TZR or similar.

Im a big fan of the 400 ducktail love the shape of them but zxr 400 parts are pretty rare in Oz compared to the UK so ive never tried to fit one.

I did think about fibreglassing the tail piece and ducktails together into one piece then shaping the cowl onto it afterwards

Thanks all. Above thread is the one I was thinking of - seat covers are as rare as hens teeth.

Zxr4's are pretty common in uk so I might buy a race fairing and have a play with the jigsaw.

Yeah out of an old seat, took all the material off & glued a slab of surfboard foam to it, shaped it up, covered in surfboard matting and fibreglass, got the edges as close as I could
