    Greetings all.

I got myself a MC41 a couple of months ago, The bike was second hand with a couple of aftermarket things including a Yoshimura pipe(Yay sounds good)...But the bike has noticeable low spots in the rev range usual around 5-6K Rpm

I've heard about Power commander but have noticed them to be not easily installed and there customer service to be not good at all..But am able to buy one from revzilla for my bike specifically, it is going to be $300(+/-) Aus...

I watched i video today of another one called Flash tune ECU which looks a hole lot better, but cant find if it works for my bike nor can i find if i can get it in AUS.

Is there any that Any of you may know of/used on your bike that worked and was not too expensive? DSC_1515.JPG

You could try adjusting the clip height on the needle of the carby's, might need to drop it down 1 notch
If that make's it worse try the 2nd notch down from the top

Um...??? The bike is EFI. does an EFI bike have a way of adjusting the fuel without changing the ECU?

have you looked at your air filter ? A flat spot might not be exhaust or CDI related. I checked the Power Commander website, they didn't have any maps on offer for the MC41

yeah, could be full of dust and crap which is stopping the bike from breathing properly

sadly with EFI engines you really need to dino tune them because you have to have a computer plugged in and fine tune the engine, but of course check all the things you can do your self before spending the money on dino time and the time of someone who knows what they are doing with those bikes on the dino... then again I am speaking from car experience..
