Help Gsxr250 gj72 carbs

    Gsxr250 GJ72 with BSW mikuni carbs.. anybody know how to remove emulsion tubes please ? Thanks

    I think it's pressed in from venturi side? After you remove slides, this gives opening for emulsion tube to move into. First, remove jet. Then take screw with same threads as jet and turn into emulsion tube. Leave about 5mm between head of screw and carb-body. Gently tap screw-head with hammer. After it's loose, use blunt tool to push through slide opening, ball-end of Bondhus allen-key works without scratching.

    * note: look on side of carb-passage that holds emulsion tube. On some models, there's tiny screw that holds emulsion tube in place. Remove that before pressing emulsion tube out.

    Well going to try get these emulsion tubes out today, rest of carbs are cleaned already

    So got all the tubes out anybody know why they all different and in which order they should actually be in? They have different head types x2 and differing numbers of holes in them ??
