    Hey all,

Just picked a fizzer up the other day and noticed it had a seized exup valve.

Got it out, but I'm a tad lost on this.

Should this part move and should I put sometype of greese on this so it moves freely?

    Cheers

while were on the subject, does anyone have any idea how to get that bush out?? mine rattles so badly i think my bottom end is gone every time i start the bike!! i can actually move the valve shaft up and down from just grabbing the pulley side. so far ive only tried heating it and banging the back of the exhaust with a hammer but no joy, id say it has to be pulled out somehow.

Sleeve the valve shaft so it fits

That bush is a replacement one, someone may has made it even, original's are some sort of carbon bush

To get it out you might need a blind bearing puller
Another way to try, fill the hole in the middle with grease, then find a rod that fit's firm in the hole and tap it in, pull the rod out again and fill with grease, tap rod in again, remove rod and fill with grease then tap rod in again.
Eventually it should pop the bush out once the area behind it is packed full of grease
