Have driven on their hill climb track a couple of times. Be interesting to see if it gets built after all the troubles they (MG car club of Newcastle) have had in the past.
Curiously I setup a drone for the owner of this track several years ago, I'd say it's a positive thing that he's got the track cleared as that was his hurdle at that earlier stage He owes me a some free laps round the track if it comes to fruition, though I doubt he'd remember...
I wish I knew to be able to share the story, when I set the drone up for him it was to do the aerial inspection videos for the track layout
Australia has too many regulations and whingers, it is too hard to get things started nowadays. Then there's the costs, insurance being the most painful..
