Hi I have a mc19 Honda with fuel problems, when the tank is on and full of fuel the bike will not run but if I remove the tank fill the fuel line to the carbs it runs. I checked the pump and it runs o/k straight from the battery but not when I just turn over the engine. I have renewed the fuel cut of relay with no difference. ( it does not click when checked with a battery.) Any help appreciate.
