    Hi All,
I plan to do a few more of these this year. Anyone want to nominate a model of bike that needs them? I am thinking the YZF750 Yamaha. The 250cc two strokes sports bikes might be a candidate but I don't have much experience with all the different flavours. They will be made from Flourosilicone so your bike will be used for solid fill and you will be long dead before they go hard and rotten like your OEM.
Here is an example - these ones we did for the Honda VFR400.

@risky, I think you can still get OEM from Impex. I don't think there would be enough demand for those to give me any chance to recoup tooling costs.

Well I don't see any dodgy Chinese ones on the web of things, but I don't know much about SRX 250's. I will look into it. If I just made a quite stiff copy from HNBR without the embedded steel it might be economical and quite functional but I need to find some used ones that aren't stuffed first. New ones seem extinct and/or very expensive.

The SRX are N.L.A and iv'e looked for a set for a very long time. The XT / TT's are still available new via Yamaha, but they are shorter in the O.A.L and they also haven't got the little manifold nozzle on the R/H intake manifold. I have somewhere on the laptop what the difference is , well i should have , may have lost it when the PC crashed , will have a look.

At this point in time I don't want to be doing metal-rubber composite manifolds because it is just not worth it. If you can find simple spigot types that fit then you can fabricate the two mounts from aluminium.

For any other SRX owners out there, with help from @2valve we are looking into producing these. If it turns out to be viable I will make another post about them.

I have a good set of actual SRX250 intake rubbers that I could send to you Blair.... I would need them back again but That isnt an issue to achieve.
I also have a set that I glued back together as well.. either or.. :)
Or I can take all the critical dimensions for you of the good set.
I know there are a reasonable number of owners in the USA that would be up for them as well...
