Finding parts for ZXR's can be challenging at best, I recently bought this Caliper Rebuild kit from the UK on eBay and it worked a treat, included in the kit is :

    2x 24mm pressure seal
    2x 24mm dust seal
    Rubber slide rod gaiter
    Rubber slide rod boot
    7mm bleed nipple
    Dust cap
    2 copper banjo washers
As the ZXR250 has twin disks, you will need to buy 2 kits to rebuild them

    Purchased!

In the process of doing them now, getting the calipers prepped for paint, then in with the new seals and bleed nipples.

So, I need to rebuild both front calipers. Obviously the link is long expired, so I started doing some digging. Per megazip, everything but the piston inserts seems to interchange with Ninja 250. All-Balls seems to sell a rebuild kit but after 2 months of the worst email I’ve ever dealt with I can’t get them to confirm that those are part interchanges in their kits. Hell, all they’ve done is ask if I still need help over and over without answering any questions ever!

Anyhow, enough ranting. Anyone ever run into a time Megazip was wrong or should I take the risk of ordering two Ninja 250 kits?

How the hell does an eBay link from 2013 still work?!? Wow! I didn’t even click it based on age.
