After my first foray into the world of Kawasaki project bikes, it is now time to move on my ZXR250c. It has been interesting delving into something else other than CBRs for a change, but can't keep it with multiple other vehicles already registered. Front forks in good condition with no pitting. Have been cleaned and overhauled with new oil, dust seals and oil seals. New sintered front and rear brake pads. New Bridgestone front (BT45) and rear (BT92) tyres. Good disc rotors, chain and sprockets. Carbs cleaned and runs well. New oil and oil filter. Approx. 40,000kms. New battery. Original bodywork generally in good condition. Front fairing has some scuffs on corners and cracks near the indicators. Could not find a full set of OEM decals for side fairings, or aftermarket replacements for a reasonable price, so they have been sprayed in gunmetal grey. Will be sold with RWC. $2,500 negotiable, and can assist with delivery in the SEQ region.
Sold, and off to a new home. RWC inspector couldn't find the engine number - thanks to Kiffsta for letting me know where it is hidden on the block. Kawasaki trickery! Can't it be in an easy to read place like a Honda?
