Finally got my hands on a zxr250 after waiting a good while, its gonna need some work and i'll be asking questions a long the way such as anybody put a zxr400 mph speedo or zxr 400 rear wheel in ?
and plenty of other questions as i get into sorting it out.

Nice pick up , the 400 gauges may work, but the redline on the 250 is higher than the 400 , so it won’t be accurate,
Best to find some 250 clocks

As for the rear wheel, if you are chasing a 17” rear , then find one off a balius, they go straight in, it will just look a bit different and won’t match the front, it looks like your bike has a zr250 Ballius exhaust system on it

Was only thinking of using speedo not rest of clocks, thought it might just fit in where 250 speedo sits,
I've had a look around and i'll probably stick with the 18" rear there's enough track tyres out there , and yes it does have a Ballius exhaust on it for now, will try to source race system from somewhere !
