Possibly, but the A and C model discs are different sizes. I don't know if it will work without an A model rear wheel.
Have u asked @kiffsta if he has the clip and those pins? If u get desperate u can use mine .... who uses the rear brake anyway
Nice. Was it fitted to the inside pad? Or elsewhere? What condition are both sides of the slide pins in on yours?
That spring would only be there as an anti rattle device. Look for the caliper/mount not straight with the disc or the slider pins bent.
1. cant remember and I just tried for 5 minutes and cant see where or how it slots in .. ? 2. look fine to me U want them sent to Apprenticeville?
Ordered a few small bits for the ZXR. Some cheap H4 LED globes, standard H4R's are expensive and LED H4R's are unobtanium New speedo cable and its' guide that goes on the front guard New clutch cable, the existing one is falling apart at both ends I have to do the spark plug seals as they are leaking, hopefully its just the top set under the cam cover, the lower ones are underneath the cam tower which means cams out, tensioner out and do the timing again... can think of better things to do on my Saturdays Grey has kindly donated a rear brake spring... I chucked in a new one for you from megazip... now we see what arrives first, a parcel from Japan or Tamworth... not holding my breath for auspost!
My parts from Megazip were 7 days from order to my door out of Japan. Pretty freakin good really. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
Auspost wins this round, a parcel from 'the big cheese' was on my doorstep when I got home from work today. Bracket that the pads sit on look in better condition than what I have now, and the anti rattle spring will be good to see if it changes anything... I haven't had the rear brake rattling or making any sqeauling noises under braking at all.
It sits in like so This is the bracket that was fitted to the bike This is the braket you sent me I roughed up the pads on the concrete floor and cleaned the disc, pads have to bed in again and hopefully make full contact on the inner side. If not, then the only thing left is the caliper or the pads themselves. Could be that the caliper is bent, or the pads are junk.
