You will have to check what size adapters the Suzuki carb intakes use .... I think there is 5 and 6mm there

Had a quick peek at the service manual, it looks like there are nipples on the carbs, take off the protective caps and fit the hoses onto them.

if you are getting a Carbtune, make sure you get a 4 post setup, but if GI has that set, maybe you can rent them off him

The digital ones are very good, especially if you know how to use all their functions.

I don't bother to much with carb balance to much ,as far as I understand it only afects the slow air curcit , meaning as soon as open the butterflys then diaphrams do the work on cv carbs.

Yes, but if you balance the carbs at above idle, it will be better for the light cruising where your throttle is only open a little. Much more noticeable on bigger bikes where the throttle is only open a very small amount. But tuning the carbs first is most important. Says the guy avoiding cleaning and tuning carbs.

Freakin' hell they charge that for a couple of cheap pressure differential gauges and few hoses wow.

Here was I about to build a tool with 2 gatorade bottles and some vinyl hose from bunnings... I think I'll do it because at least that way I get free gatorade with it!

Watched this video that a guy did on his boat and he said use 2 bottles for less complexity, tune carbs 2 & 3 then 1 & 2 (adjusting only 1) and then 3 & 4 (adjusting only 4). I like that idea.

This is the tool i used on my old bike, there neat cheap though. Very accurate and very easy use. Easy to carry on the bike as the unit is pretty small and light in weight. As the name suggests they are used in twin cylinder engines.

The seat looks tied on. Tyres and missing parts can be expensive repairs. Fairings, too. If you have those main parts then motor might be OK or you have to be prepared to buy another. So, work on the maths of buying the bike and another motor, that is your budget, pay that budget price minus an engine price. If they won't take, don't buy it. I have bought a lot of bikes I shouldn't have, that's the simplest rule to prices. That or what is it worth as parts, but that can a lot of hard work.

Not actually looking, just curious. Nearly finished the current project, don't really need another just yet...

Yeah he's bumped the post and seems like he might be getting desperate.
