    hey Guys

    Its that time where we need start planning our end of year ride , I am proposing a "Everything is BIGGER in Texas" ride, that's right Texas , perched right on the Queensland \ New South Wales Border. I am proposing the 8th and 9th of October 2016.

    The Plan is the Qld Crew will leave from Brisbane Saturday morning and head to Tenterfield, Team Tamworth will also leave Saturday morning and head for Tenterfield. We meet up at the Commercial Hotel for a quick feed - http://thecommercialboutiquehotel.com/

    Then after lunch we have a 139km ride planned from Tenterfield to Texas (Pink Ride) where we can stay at the Stockman Hotel, they have rooms for $55 for a single or twin rooms for $70

    Saturday
    Tamworth to Tenterfield - 299kms
    Brisbane to Tenterfield - 276kms

    Lunch in Tenterfield - 116 kms ride to Texas

    Sunday
    Texas to Tamworth - 317kms
    Texas to Brisbane - 341kms

    I'm in. That weekend sits fine with me. Have stayed at the Stockman Hotel a couple of times before and it is pretty good.
    Tamworth crew can come home through Inverell/Copeton dam road. :D

    I WILL BE THEIR.rain,hail or shine and if not up to riding a bike will borrow a trike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!happy to share with anyone to cut costs.getting more movement in leg but if not exercised pains.BUT I WILL BE THEIR.

    Can't do that weekend unfortunately, wife has an exam so I'm stuck with the kid. Another 3 years before I can put him on the back of the bike.

    Have found someone else to look after the small one. I'm in. Mick is keen for another ride as well on the big BMW.
