    Hi guys,

Just wondering if you think these fairings are repairable. They are from my second zxr250a.

As I have worked out these are actually OEM fairings including the full air intake. Any idea how to replace the snapped off parts?

What would I be looking at cost wise?

    Cheers

snake stitch broken off pieces into place with a soldering gun. then do same on outside. sand outside and bog and roughen inner and fibreglass.

    Hey Th3 Huntsman,

Yes they are most defienately repairable, however you need to look at the number of hours required to repair them then the cost of a quality paint job against buying some replica panels. if you do go replica panels, then the cost to paint a tank wouldnt be too bad to get it to match

    Cheers

Most bike painters will have a stash of old abs fairings, they can use to insert little pieces into broken panels. I know Bob has some

I'm in the middle of sanding and repairing my fairings, and my damages where mild. I would STRONGLY recommend getting some other fairings.
