    Hi all,

I’m after a stock OEM muffler for my MC22.

I figure with all the stubbies and straight through end cans that people fit there must be lots of them laying around in peoples garages.

Has anyone got one they’d like to sell to me?

My cut down original end can rotted from the inside after nearly 30 years, I spent a bit of time looking for a good replacement.
If you are very very lucky and have deep pockets Croooober in Japan may have a good one in stock but it will be expensive shipping as the cans are heavy.
Otherwise do as I did and get one of these, well made but no CE markings on the can.
These have the holes in the right places, a lot of the Chinese ones the distance between the holes is wrong.
A trifle loud but I'm getting old and tend to ride with a lot revs anyway.
Came quite quickly but that was pre covid19 and well packaged.

    Thanks Jimv,
Unfortunately my MC22 already has their carbon 30cm shorty on. I don’t like it.
I like the revs not the decibels hence I’m after a stock muffler or one that has similar sound level.

Hmmm, maybe try and get a decibel killer to shove down the end for the time being.

If you go on youtube ' MC22 Xcite' there are a couple of videos, one with the larger stainless exhaust and another with the short carbon one you have already to do a side by side comparison.
If you do get the can changed I'll be interested in buying the carbon shorty from you

    Thanks for the replies jimv50.
I’ll try a cheap db killer for now and see how I get on.
