I like that front wheel stand, if you make it so you can bolt it in with a couple of bolt's, then you can take it out and use it at the track etc

For the tie down point's i like these as they're flush when you dont need them and take a few seconds to fit you you do need them.

I cut some slot's in the floor of my trailer and welded a couple of these underneath.

I use a couple of these for tie down point's

And for the front wheel you can can these for $50, i would make my own

I also welded some flanged M12 nut's under the floor so i can screw in some eye bolt's if needed

Yea everything worked fine ... just need something better to hold the ramp in place

The stand is great and yes its just 3 bolts to take it out so the trailer can be used normally or as a camper trailer as it originally was ..... I might even set it up eventually in the workshop so it can be fixed to the concrete as well

The floor is only marine ply so checkerplate would help with better support for attaching anything ... luckily the front 2 chock bolts go thru part of the steel frame

that front wheel rack looks like a good idea if we go for a 2 bike hike ... but yea pretty easy made at home

It's been a long time, but Pinky has come to live with me here in Sydney. Unloaded it at the workshop today.

    Will get some pictures tomorrow.

Good news. Get her running and bring her to the 2024 Weeks of Speed TDRA meeting.

Since bikes have not been run too much lately (Track insurance issue), my guess is there could be quite a few at this opening round.

So far so good, really happy with the state of the fuel tank.

Everything is there for the carbs, but the diaphragms are perished and split. I want to keep these slides as they have the good needle retention mechanism so I will have to dig through the forum and find the Suzuki replacement part number.

I plan to delete the convoluted fuel tank outlet and separate fuel tap and lines, along with the fuel pump. The plan is basic vacuum fuel tap with vacuum line going to one of the inlet manifold vacuum ports.

The forks seals are gone, so time for an overhaul kit with seals, bushings, circlips and dust caps. Hope the pads are OK but if not new ones will go in.

Tyres looked ok but after airing them up the sidewalls are dry rotted and split, so new ones will be ordered. If I want anything better than sport demons I will need to go 110/70/17 and 140/70/17 sizes instead of the 100/80/17 and 130/70/17 standard ones. I liked the agility so I will go standard sizes first.

Other than that some fresh fluids and filters and hopefully it will be ready for rego.

Yes got the fairings. Tank is indeed coated thankfully.

Thanks for the link to the diaphragms.

I just went through the carb bits and need a few little things, I'll PM you a list :p
