    You've given so many forum members something to aspire to in their relationships - thoughts going like this "what if I asked the Missus if I could buy another bike? Sudden death? Slow torture? Many weeks of the silent treatment? What if I bought all the flowers in the local florist all at once? NAH it's just not worth the risk"

    Haha. Don't be too hard on your Missus, @ruckusman. I am absolutely the fun police when I'm forced to be. On the other hand, life is short and we spend way too much of it working. If the bills are being paid, its not gonna cause financial issues down the line, and its not hurting anyone, why not spend some of what we earn on the fun stuff?

    P.S. If hubby bought me all the flowers in the florist, I'd absolutely lose it. Do you realise just how many pretty purple bikes I could hoard, even with only the cost of the roses alone??? I can grow roses (ahem...technically), however I'm yet to find a plant that produces motorbikes. :cool::D
